Verdi Elementary School Parent Faculty Association (PFA) invites you to join us as a craft vendor for our biggest fundraising event of the year - the Verdi Pumpkin Patch! Our annual event for families in the Verdi, Reno, Sparks and Truckee areas draws thousands of people each year!


In addition to craft exhibits, visitors enjoy the small-town atmosphere, complete with petting zoo, carnival games, inflatable attractions, face painting, food trucks, haunted house, huge raffle, silent auction pumpkin sales, and so much more!

Sunday, October 18, from 10am - 3pm

Craft Vendor Details:

  • Vendors will be centrally located within the event.
  • Booth rental is $50 plus a donation to be used in the event raffle of one craft item or gift certificate with a minimum retail value of $50. The donation must be provided by October 1
  • All vendors must provide Certificate of Insurance and add 'Verdi Elementary School Parent Faculty Association, a Nevada non-profit corporation' as 'Additional Insured' to participate in the event. Vendors may purchase one-day coverage from ACT Insurance, if needed. Proof of Insurance MUST be provided by October 1
  • Booth size is 10x10. Please note any special needs/requests on your application
  • Crafters must provide their own tables, chairs, and shade. Easy ups are encouraged
  • Booth set-up options:
    • The day prior (Saturday) from 9:00am-12:00 noon, OR
    • Beginning at 7:00 am on the day of the event (Sunday). All vendor vehicles must be removed from school grounds by 8:30am on Sunday - NO EXCEPTIONS! The library parking lot will be reserved for vendor vehicles
  • Booth break-down starts at 3:00pm on Sunday, NO EARLIER PLEASE. You must have the booth space swept and be off school grounds by 4:30pm.
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring their booth is properly manned at all times during the event. Verdi is windy, bring tent weights.
  • The event management reserves the right to stop or remove from the event any vendor selling or performing any act or practice, which is considered objectionable to families or children.
  • If your application is accepted, payment is non-refundable.

Space is limited and applications will be considered on a first-come, first served basis.

I hereby absolve and hold harmless Verdi Elementary School and Washoe County School District from any and all claims for damage or losses that may arise as a result of participating in the Verdi Elementary School Pumpkin Patch on October 18, 2026.

Proof of Liability Insurance MUST be provided for this event by October 1.

If your application is accepted, payment is nonrefundable.
